No Refunds Policy for Discounted Experience Days (UK)

This policy sets out the terms regarding refunds for experience days purchased at a discounted rate through Mick Extance Experience / A E Ride Days Ltd.
1. No Refunds on Discounted Experience Days
Experience day vouchers or bookings purchased at a discounted rate (including promotional offers, sales events, or with a coupon code) are non-refundable and are sold on a final sale basis. By purchasing a discounted experience, you agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase if the experience date has not yet been booked. However, this right may be lost if:
- You have requested a specific booking date within the 14-day cancellation period.
- The experience has already been provided or begun.
By booking or using a discounted experience day within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to cancel under these regulations.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Services
If the experience day is cancelled by us, or is found to be misrepresented or not delivered as advertised, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a replacement or partial refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of the scheduled date to report any such issue.
4. Rescheduling
While refunds are not available for discounted experience days, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability and adequate notice (typically 14 days or more before the booking date). An admin charge of £15 applies.
5. Transferability
Experience day bookings may be transferred to another person free of charge, provided that we are notified in advance of the transfer.
