Technically brilliant, pared-back, dynamic and proudly Italian, the Aprilia Tuareg ignores the challenges of others, but instead pushes you to set new, more ambitious ones. Framed by the iconic triple headlight, the front exudes force and energy, while the taut, functional lateral design combines with bold colour schemes for an adventurous spirit that you can’t help but be touched by. The bike’s unabashed rally credentials and fearless character are the result of the input of multiple race winner Jacopo Cerutti who was directly involved in its development.

“The Aprilia Tuareg has rewritten the rules of asphalt and off-road riding, courtesy of an exceptional chassis that is faithful to Aprilia tradition, and a throbbing, ultra-high-performance heart. We are talking about the four-stroke, liquid-cooled, Euro 5+ parallel twin-cylinder engine, capable of producing 80 hp at 9250 rpm. In short, the Tuareg brings together the very best elements to offer you a new, sportier and more exciting form of adventouring.

It can be daunting hitting the trails on a powerful bike. But, if you’re a first-timer you’ll receive special attention on easy and level terrain. This will help to build your confidence, and as soon as the instructors are happy that you have complete control of the motorcycle, you can progress.
That said, even an expert rider can develop their skills after a day at the Aprilia Tuareg Adventure Centre. We’ll give you a challenge, put you the test and have some fun doing it!
Mick
After buying his first motorcycle with the proceeds from his paper round at just 15, Mick entered – and won – his first trial. It was a clear sign of his natural talent on two wheels and marked the beginning of what would become a highly successful motorcycling career.
To date, Mick has competed in nine Dakar Rallies, finishing an impressive seven, and he’s already signed up for next year’s Destination Dakar. Even while facing the challenge of a brain tumour, his wealth of experience and deep knowledge of the sport continue to inspire.

Adam
To say that Adam is a chip off the old block would be an understatement! Mick’s son has been mastering bikes off road since he was able to walk and has competed in top-level motocross as well as a successful short circuit racing career.
His enthusiasm for the Aprilia Tuareg Adventure Centre and laid-back attitude make him an amazing and patient instructor who is adept at persevering with even the least experienced off-road riders to give them a day out to remember.
Guest Riders
A team of top-level riders works alongside Mick and Adam to bring out the best in every guest at the Aprilia Tuareg Adventure Centre. Each instructor is carefully selected and rigorously trained on our courses before they’re approved to work with us – and with you.
Every on- and off-road riding course is led by two instructors, allowing us to cater to all skill levels. If you can ride a bike, you can learn to handle a motorbike off-road – with just a few hours of expert tuition. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your confidence and ability grow.
